What inspired you to work for Chipkoo?
Networking, relationship building skills, and desire to make a difference. I wanted to join forces with other local and international organizations to organize common skills and build training programs.
Describe a typical day at work.
I provide first level sales monitoring and development. Also, assist with the international business analysis and help in maturing international clients for the company. On and Off giving instructions to my team to conduct market research.
This involves analyzing trends, knowing business needs and conducting competitor analysis while working hands-on in defining the business plans with senior management. Interaction with internal/external stakeholders is a daily routine for me.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Traveling for business purposes. Recently, I went to UAE for the launch of Chipkoo Labs Workforce Solution at the very top of Burj Khalifa.
How do you use your education and international background in your current role?
I was an undergraduate student when I got hired for Chipkoo Labs. I came out of my comfort zone and played a key role in improving business development activities. Due to my exceptional efforts, we are worth more than $5 million. Being engaged effectively across the organization in developing products as well as handling all the communications with the external and internal stakeholders.
What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?
Being the youngest yet proactive team member in Chipkoo Team, I sometimes feel like it’s hard to voice my thoughts. My boss is one of the kindest people on earth and hears me out everytime I have ideas and suggestions for improvements.
What are some current projects you are working on?
As part of my role, I am currently working with awarding bodies, Business to Business Sales and Business to Consumer Sales. I provide first level sales monitoring and development. Also, I assist with the international business analysis and help in maturing international clients for the company.
