Program: Australia Adventure Bonus Week

You actually get to go work at a zoo and wow. The Taronga zoo is so amazing, they do so much for their animals and they did so much for me. My favorite days were pathology/ microbiology and clinical. Everyone was so passionate about what they were teaching us. We did radiology and biopsies and lots of hands-on experience. I am so glad I chose this bonus week and I'm grateful for the Taronga zoo staff for teaching me so much, not just about the animals in the zoo but also how their work there helps animals in the wild. Their logo even says "For the wild" everything they do benefits all animals captive and wild!
