International recruitment company seeking a remote HR and Social Media intern. Intern responsibilities include:

- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content
- Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Analyzing social data/metrics and insights and implementing best practices
- Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
