The team were very good

The internship I had was very relevant to me and allowed me to try new things while still ultimately being in my field. So it was simultaneously personally specific but thematically broad in a way which was very enjoyable and worth while. The team were very good and I was really happy with the internship they found for me and the support I was provided. So, I was able to have a really rich experience but in a very streamlined manner.

My advisors has been super caring and generous with their time organising and informing me every step of the way with all the details I needed to know. Thank you! The organisation and communication were on point and as well as the variety of programs and projects offered. If my friends or family ever needed a break from work or life I would not hesitate to let them know

Everyone at World Endeavors was very helpfully and provided me with plenty of resources. My questions and concerns were also answered very quickly. My coordinator has been absolutely amazing with everything and has made this process much more enjoyable than I was expecting! My placement has also been amazing and much more hands on than I expected. I could not be happier with the company and the impact it's going to make in my life. I can't say thank you enough!!

Unbeatable adventures and incredible learning experience

I decided to pursue an internship in Prague because of it's unique architecture and beauty. I was certainly not disappointed with my decision to travel there to complete an internship in Occupational Therapy. I received significantly useful experience in this field of study and learned more than I could have ever imagined. Not only did I discover a passion for working with children with disabilities, but I also was able to grow immensely as a person. I developed newfound communication skills and interpersonal skills that I did not have prior to my experience. I also met many other interns while I was in Prague and we were fortunate enough to explore the city together. Prague contains such a rich and interesting culture and is by far the most impressive city I have ever been to. The food is incredible, the views are unbeatable, and there was always something new to see every day. I came to Prague on my own, which at first was absolutely terrifying. However, once I got there I was instantly reassured that I had made the right choice. It is such a safe place to be if you're traveling alone. There are also several opportunities to travel all over Europe with an internship in Prague. I was able to travel to 6 other cities within the 2 months that I was interning in Prague, which led to life changing and memorable adventures. I am forever grateful that World Endeavors gave me this opportunity of a life time to travel and intern in Prague, Czech Republic. I absolutely recommend Prague as a top pick for an internship. You will not be disappointed in this location, as it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. This company provided me with all of the tools and advice that I needed to be successful in a foreign country and I can say without a doubt that it was more than I could have ever asked for.

Thank you!!

It was well organized and I could tell there was a lot of effort and time dedicated from everyone at WE to make it a great experience for me. Thank you! I was impressed with how professional and organized the ambulance internship and meetings were. I felt welcomed and encouraged to ask questions which allowed me to learn a lot. It was nice to actually talk to someone on the phone in the beginning and to have advisors in both my home country and my project country. The only problem I had while overseas was with my hostel. The hostel staff were not the most friendly or helpful people and I found myself locked out of the dormitory for 30 minutes or more because I did not have a key card and when I spoke to the staff they said because I was not a long term student I was not allowed to have a pass and would need to check in at the desk each time I came in.

Excellent experience

I was in an occupational therapy programme and initially, I was looking forward to gaining some experience in the clinical psychology. However, I would say the programme was more focusing on the physical health part for children with developmental problems. Nevertheless, I appreciate it as a great chance to learn something new such as musical therapies and hippotherapies. It also reinforced my interest in developmental psychology. Moreover, people there were really friendly and willing to show/teach me things, which made me feel that I was actually a part of the team to take care of children there. All in all, it was a great experience allowing me to explore a new culture and to gain some relevant skills which might be of much help in my future study. Easy and effective communication. Great advice and support from start to finish. Natalie has been really supportive and responsive. And she helped me a lot from the beginning to look for an internship. I felt safe even if I was new to the country and I knew that I could always turn to WE team asking for help. Also the whole application process was easy to follow. I appreciated that on each step, there would be some information and contacts from WE team so that I would know what to be expected. I was happy to work with WE team for my first abroad internship.

Everything went smoothly and according to plan

Having a European background helped with the transition in the Czech Republic- there was not much of a culture shock. The language was a bit of a barrier, nevertheless I was able to get by and picked up on words that I heard daily. From my application to the end of my trip, the whole process was well organized. I was given updates on my stay and received emails promptly. Everything went smoothly and according to plan.
