A tour operator creates a package holiday by controlling, booking, and devising trips. Working at a travel and tourism business, tour operator interns are tasked with the challenge of combining all or some of the elements of a travel experience, from airport transfers to hotels to activities, meals, and tours, to create an enjoyable experience for customers.
