Graduate Management Program: Hospitality & Hotel Management

We have designed this vision program with your success in mind, hoping to nurture your talent. Our 18-month Graduate Program places you across departments, such as Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Reception. Grow your management skills while paired with a senior mentor, following a personalized training and development plan, and joining regular meetings.

To be eligible, you need:
- A relevant degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field
- To be proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn
- Employment history in supervisory roles
- A work permit or an EU passport is desirable
