Experience Peru through its flavors, traditions, and iconic cultural landmarks on this 9-day gastronomic journey through Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Begin in Lima with coffee and local ingredient tastings, a ceviche and pisco sour class, and gourmet dining at renowned restaurants. Continue to Cusco to explore historic Inca sites, colorful local markets, and contemporary Andean cuisine before taking part in a hands-on cooking class and pisco cocktail experience. In the Sacred Valley, discover traditional Andean food culture through a pachamanca experience and Pachamama ceremony, visit Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, and enjoy a lunch accompanied by Peruvian Paso horses and Marinera dancing. Travel aboard the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes before exploring the legendary citadel of Machu Picchu with a guide. Return to Lima for more culinary discoveries and conclude the journey with a visit to the Larco Museum and a seven-course farewell lunch.
