The Children & Sports Volunteer Program in Bucaramanga offers participants the opportunity to support local community initiatives through education, recreation, and sports activities. Volunteers work with children in underserved neighborhoods, helping to create safe, engaging, and positive environments where they can learn, play, and develop new skills.
Once per week, we also visit a foundation in the prison, where we support inmates with English classes.
Depending on the needs of the community, volunteers may assist with basic English activities, homework support, creative workshops, or organized sports sessions such as football and other team games. The focus is on participation, encouragement, and building confidence rather than formal teaching experience.
