LLM Corporate and Commercial Law

The Corporate & Commercial Law Program aims to enhance the ability of lawyers and other qualified persons working in the corporate and financial services sector throughout the region to function more effectively in such areas as Banking Law and Corporate Law.

This LLM program is designed primarily for law graduates and lawyers who want to explore how contemporary challenges are addressed in the corporate and commercial law field. It provides an excellent opportunity to evaluate and critique the existing legal responses to these challenges. It encourages to reflect on how existing responses can be improved.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must hold an LL.B. degree or any other professional legal qualification, with at least Second Class Honors. Students have the opportunity to enroll in a multicultural Caribbean campus and experience other cultures at a highly ranked and accredited university.
