Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science)

The Major in Environmental Science is designed for students interested in the environment as an area of application. It allows them to develop the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to regional and global issues such as ocean health, climate change, water quality, sustainable energy, and natural hazards. The BSc in Environmental Science is designed around three key themes – understanding environmental processes and systems, investigating changes and impacts, and enabling their prediction and mitigation.

This program has also been designed to provide students with choice and flexibility, along with the assurance that they develop the appropriate skills with a sound scientific foundation. It includes both core and optional modules, which allow them to concentrate on themes of their interest. Students have the opportunity to enroll in a multicultural Caribbean campus and experience other cultures at a highly ranked and accredited university.
