    Applicants should be entering their third year or final year of high school. A general interest in the social sciences and an open mind are necessary. Preferably applicants will be enrolled in a programme that equals a Dutch VWO.

First Generation Scholarship for the Pre-University Honours Programme – The Urban Toolkit: Exploring the City

Are you the first in your family to consider going to University? The First Generation scholarship is awarded to pre-university students that want to attend the “Pre-University Honours Summer Programme on The Urban Toolkit: Exploring the City” and that come from a family in which no one possesses a Bachelor’s degree. The path to University is already a complex journey, but if you are the first to embark on this journey, you can anticipate more challenges than average. The Graduate School of Social Sciences is offering two € 750 scholarships to students that are the first in their family to consider attending university.

In order to be considered for the scholarship, please submit the following before 15 April 2017 :
