Because it's so remote, it was one of the last places on earth settled by humans. New Zealanders describe it as a relaxed and casual culture with a passion for social welfare. As a volunteer, you'll be hosted by ACVE, a partner organization of the International Cultural Youth Exchange (ICYE). Every year, ACVE invites 50 volunteers to showcase their skills and life experience in New Zealand.
