Umoja Foundation Group

Umoja Foundation Group is a registered, transparent charitable community-based organization in the Republic of Kenya. Located in Kakamega County, Likuyani Sub-County, Matunda, in the western region of Kenya, Umoja Foundation Group serves the local community by supporting vulnerable children, people with disabilities, environmental initiatives, agriculture, education, water and sanitation, healthcare, behavior change, sports, youth and women empowerment, the elderly, and poverty alleviation.

The organization aims to empower individuals and foster the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices among all those involved in development efforts in Uasin-Gishu and the western part of Kenya. Dedicated to building and strengthening democratic organizations and institutions, the Umoja Foundation Group strives for self-reliance and social transformation. Founded to raise social awareness, promote volunteer service, and assist disadvantaged children, families, and communities, the organization provides a pathway for individuals to develop self-worth and contribute to the common good.
