Established in 1999 in Riga, Latvia, the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) has been providing quality technical education for over 25 years. As the only private technical university in Latvia, we offer programs in engineering, computer science, aviation, logistics, and business, taught in both English and Latvian.
