I’m really happy I chose the TEFL Institute. The course was well-organized, and it was so convenient to do it online. Whenever I needed help, I could either call or email the office, and Lisa and the team were always prompt and helpful. There’s also a group chat where you can ask questions to tutors and interact with other students. The 10-hour advanced TEFL webinar with Michelle was particularly fun and useful.

I am more confident and excited about teaching and have more ideas. Whenever I have needed help or information the staff have been polite and helpful which was also a deciding factor for me to study with them. .
