The course covered a lot without ever feeling overwhelming or hard to follow. Whenever I had questions, my peer tutor got back to me quickly. I also appreciated getting the two add ons, Teaching English Online and Yoga for Early Educators. I would absolutely recommend this course.

I did the 10 hour TEFL course as one of my first steps toward becoming an English as a Foreign Language teacher. Everyone in the group was so nice, and I genuinely felt welcomed and like I belonged in the class. Michelle taught us and she was so supportive and always ready to help whenever we needed it. I loved picking up practical ways to be a stronger teacher, especially how to keep language simple for students by using miming and pictures. I also got to do a PowerPoint presentation for the class using images and the methods Michelle showed us, and it honestly made me feel proud to step into the teacher role for those few minutes. I would definitely say this is a brilliant option for anyone thinking about teaching Business English, or for people who want to travel abroad and teach in different places. There is so much covered in the course, and it really can get you on track to become a teacher in just a few months. Since starting my TEFL journey, I am so glad I decided to go with them. Thank you TEFL and Michelle. I have completed my 180 hr Advanced Diploma now, and I have learned so much along the way. I am delighted I chose TEFL as the college to study with because it has given me real insight into the job I am working toward and how to support my students as they aim to become native English speakers. I still have 2 60 hr modules to finish, and they are fairly short, so I have already begun the Business English one and I am taking in loads of new information from it too. I am enjoying the course so much. TEFL are such a great support for anyone who wants to become a teacher. They are available 24/7, and they even run Zoom classes to help students find work if they are moving abroad to teach. Thank you so much TEFL!

I found the course really interesting and it held my attention throughout, but I did come across a few odd things that I plan to bring up with TEFL, so I have taken off a star!!! Honestly though, it is amazing just how ridiculously complicated English actually is!!!

I have just completed the 10 hour Virtual Training Course, taught and led by Michelle Benson. She came across as approachable, supportive, and full of useful information. The sessions gave us a great chance to have a go at both learning how to deliver an online lesson and actually presenting one ourselves. It was definitely challenging at times, but it was really motivating to watch the imagination and ideas the other students brought to it. Michelle Benson offered constructive feedback throughout, and because of that we finished the course feeling far more confident than we did at the beginning. I cannot wait to put what I have learned into practice.

Not long ago I did the "10 Hour Virtual Teaching Practice" with Michelle Benson from the TEFL Tutor team. Over the two days, her upbeat attitude and enthusiasm were incredible and it made a huge difference. There were nine of us on the course and we began as complete strangers, yet by the time it finished it honestly felt like we had all known each other since our college days. Both courses were packed with really valuable content and resource links, and I learned a lot that gave me a much better feel for the TEFL world. The staff are also really friendly and supportive. I would absolutely suggest doing your online TEFL course through TEFL.ie. So far I have finished the 120hr course as well as the 30hr Teacher Young Learners course. I picked up the 240hr TEFL course in a sale, and they seem to run offers pretty regularly, so it is worth keeping an eye out for the one you are after. The website is really straightforward to use. There is loads of support both online and on the site, and if you are totally stuck, you can always ring or text them. I am really looking forward to finally using my certs.

One of the best parts was meeting people from all over the world and being able to go through such an exciting experience together.
