STEM Programs at The American University in Cairo

I learned that the culture of Egypt is so welcoming though sometimes I was not treated the same way I am treated in my home country, but that is life. It is all about experiences. To add on that, studying at AUC is a rewarding and life changing opportunity for an overseas students to experience different cultures and cuisines.

The American university in Cairo is an outstanding university. Living in AUC as an international enhanced my social skills and I become more independent. Here you will never feel alone, people are friendly and cooperative.

The American University in Cairo is a multicultural university. I was able to learn from other peoples cultures. In addition, the experience at AUC was outstanding. The lecturers dedicated their time to the students' instruction and development as learners. Adjustments are made as needed to satisfy the student's needs.

I came to AUC for my bachelor's degree in Computer science. I can't describe how great is my experience in AUC. The computer science program as well as all STEM programs are all well designed and organized in a way to make the students prepared for the workforce. I appreciate the organization of the courses along with the interesting opportunities and events that are made to make us enjoy our college life and get familiarized with the field at the same time. I am really satisfied with my experience in AUC and encourage anyone who wants to go on a study abroad journey to come to AUC. Also, Cairo is such a beautiful city where you'll never get bored. Many student organizations and clubs do everything they can to make us, international students, enjoy the city and Egypt in general.
