AUC’s Arabic Language Intensive Program (ALIN) offers intensive Arabic-language courses for students who need to gain a good command of contemporary Arabic language and culture as quickly and effectively as possible.
ALIN provides international students with an intensive, full-semester 12 - 15 credit hours Arabic program with courses in Modern Standard Arabic, Egyptian Colloquial Arabic, media, translation and more, focusing on the communicative aspect and development of language skills. The program accommodates all skill levels with elementary, intermediate and advanced courses. ALIN also incorporates an important cultural dimension, where students explore Egyptian society and practice the language through free tours & subsidized weekend trips and language exchange partners.
