The training combines theoretical training and practical hotel management skills: working with guests, organizing operational processes, personnel management, service quality control and financial efficiency of the hotel enterprise. The program is focused on the international standards of the hospitality industry and forms the managerial competencies necessary to work in hotels and hotel chains.

It was hard but it was worth it
