Program Overview

The Hotel Management program trains specialists to manage hotel enterprises and resort complexes. Students study the structure and operation of the hotel, the management of key departments, service standards and modern technologies of the hotel business.

The training combines theoretical training and practical hotel management skills: working with guests, organizing operational processes, personnel management, service quality control and financial efficiency of the hotel enterprise.

It was hard but it was worth it

I really enjoyed my internship at the hotel, especially working at the front desk. It was a great opportunity to improve my communication and customer service skills while interacting with guests from different countries. The best part of my experience was my amazing team. My colleagues were always friendly, supportive, and willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the first day and created a positive working atmosphere. This internship gave me valuable professional experience and unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend it to other students who want to build a career in the hospitality industry. I am very grateful to the Academy of Tourism and Business in Antalya for giving me this valuable opportunity and supporting me throughout my internship.
