TEFL + Intensive Spanish + Student Visa
Program Overview
Become a qualified TEFL teacher, learn Spanish in Malaga, and discover the Spanish culture! We offer a special 1-year Student Visa Programme which meets the requirements for a student visa. You need this visa if you are a TEFL student from outside the EU area and you want to stay in Spain longer than 3 months.
A minimum of 20 study hours per week over a course of 6 or more months is required for this visa to be approved. With a student visa, you are allowed to apply for a work authorization that will allow you to work up to 20 hours per week.
Option 1: For those who aren’t TEFL qualified yet:
– 1-month TEFL Trinity CertTESOL Course
– 11-month Intensive Spanish course (20 hours/week)
– Visa assistance: Our visa advisor will guide you through every step of the process
– Job guidance: We will assist you in finding a job
Option 2: For those who are already TEFL qualified:
– 1-month Teacher Development Course
– 11-month Intensive Spanish course (20 hours/week)

What do I need to provide for my student visa?
The Spanish consulate requires the following:
- Visa application form
- Passport photo
- Valid passport and ID card
- Enrolment letter
- Full payment of your courses
- Evidence of sufficient funds for the length of your stay
- Proof of international health insurance
- Payment of the visa application fee
How long will the visa take to be approved?
For US and UK applicants, processing times for visas can take up to 3 months, including gathering all the required paperwork. Give yourself enough time to complete everything you need.
Can you help me to find accommodation?
For our students, we have a database of adapted, individual, and personal accommodation, depending on preferences and budget, for individual requests, families, groups, or couples. You can either live with a Spanish host family, in a hotel or apartment, or in a shared flat.
