Tanzania Host Volunteer (THV) offers exciting Special Needs Care projects in Tanzania, wishing to make a difference in the lives of those who are often overlooked.

Whether it's working with people with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or learning difficulties, or those with visual or hearing impairments, we have a project that will not only suit your interests but also give you the opportunity to make a real, lasting contribution.

While these highly rewarding projects do not require a background in special needs care, as there are many ways you can assist, volunteers with suitable education, qualifications, or experience are highly sought after.
