Program Highlights

Hands-on hospital exposure — Work alongside experienced, English-speaking doctors and nurses in a government-operated hospital in Arusha, gaining real insight into daily patient care.
Practical clinical skills — Assist with tasks like blood pressure measurement, basic triage, wound care, and medication preparation, alongside core observational learning.
Real community impact — Help bring basic healthcare access to rural Tanzanian communities that are otherwise underserved by medical services.
Flexible program length — Choose a placement anywhere from 1 to 24 weeks, with new starts on the first and third week of every month, so it's easy to fit around school terms or gap-year travel.
Ideal for pre-med and med students —Built for students in their third year or beyond (or qualified professionals) looking to build their resume and broaden their perspective on international med care.
