Program Overview

If you're a teacher or student passionate about creative arts, music, dance, or culture, and you're seeking a safe, affordable, and impactful volunteer opportunity, this program is for you. St. Miracle Works Educational Foundation (SMWEF) in Ghana invites volunteers to help students explore and grow their creative talents—making a meaningful difference through artistic expression.

As a volunteer, you’ll empower children and youth by introducing them to creative experiences that nurture emotion, communication, and self-confidence—skills they may not otherwise access. Arts and culture provide a powerful way to unite people and open doors for deeper understanding.

You’ll work with rural school children who lack access to creative arts education. Volunteer activities may include:
• Teaching drawing and painting
• Leading handicraft and beadwork projects
• Introducing ceramics, jewelry, and screen painting
• Teaching photography, videography, and card making
• Helping students learn musical instruments and performance

Join us in Ghana to help children unlock their creativity and connect through art.
