To all who are considering involvement with this organization, I am writing to issue a serious warning. I have firsthand experience that the individuals running it are deceitful and operate a scam under the guise of charity. They systematically deceive volunteers and donors. While they claim that donations will help people in need, they instead forge documents and create fake invoices . For example, I personally contributed significantly, I prepared food for many children, brought them supplies, clothes , and paid for their education. However, the organization provided me with forged school documents and fabricated receipts. Their fraudulent activities extend to other areas. They have deceived other volunteers by taking commissions for "Safari tours" under false pretenses, blaming a fictitious agent. In reality, the money was funneled to the leader, Isaac. This is not just my experience. I have been in contact with other former volunteers, all of whom report identical problems. They bring in new projects as soon as they find donations and collect money, then immediately close the website. We are united in our claims, and I can provide supporting documentation, including official police reports, to anyone who requires evidence. The situation has escalated legally. The police have opened an official case against Isaac and his wife, Sandra. Officers arrived at their home to make an arrest, but the couple locked themselves inside, released their dogs, and refused to cooperate. Furthermore, I have witnessed Isaac's threatening behavior firsthand. He explicitly threatened another volunteer who exposed their scam online, vowing to have him deported from the country the very next day. I have also spoken with local community members. They confirmed that previous donations intended for school repairs never materialized. the school did not receive "pencil, or piece of paper." Therefore, I implore anyone who sees this message ! if you are considering any association with this organization, please reconsider. You will be placing yourself in the hands of scammers, risking financial loss and potential threats.

Anna Shmarigina, your review contains serious allegations about our organization and its staff, and we categorically reject the claims you have made. You state that you personally provided substantial financial support to children and that our organization supplied you with fraudulent school documents and fake receipts. If that is true, please provide the evidence. You have never made a donation to our organization, to the school through our foundation, or to Mr. Isaac. You purchased a small quantity of food yourself and delivered it directly. Our records and our team’s experience are very different from the story presented in your review. You purchased approximately 10 kg of rice on two occasions, along with soft drinks, and distributed these items to children. You then photographed the children and used those photographs in your fundraising activities. You have claimed to have raised thousands of dollars, yet the amount of assistance that can be documented does not correspond to those claims. When our team asked you to provide evidence showing where the money you raised was spent, you were unable to provide documentation demonstrating that these funds were donated to our organization, the school, or the children through us. There were also serious disputes concerning money you claimed had been stolen from you. On one occasion, you alleged that a safari driver had stolen USD 200 from you. On another occasion, you claimed that a shopkeeper had taken 500,000 Ugandan shillings. When the relevant circumstances were investigated and CCTV evidence was available, your allegations changed and you subsequently directed accusations toward our organization. You have also made extremely serious allegations concerning our staff, including claims of fraud, forged documents, police investigations, attempted arrests, threats, and stolen donations. These are not matters that should be decided through an online review. If you genuinely possess police reports, financial records, receipts, correspondence, or other evidence supporting your accusations, you should submit that evidence to the appropriate authorities. We are equally prepared to provide our own records and evidence to the relevant authorities concerning your conduct and the allegations you have made against us. We also reject your suggestion that repeatedly travelling to Uganda automatically demonstrates legitimate charitable activity. What matters is transparency: how much money was raised, from whom, where it was spent, and what evidence exists to support those claims. Most importantly, children should never be used as a prop in disputes between adults. We have continued our work with the children and community regardless of your accusations, and we will not allow misleading statements about our organization to go unanswered. If you believe you have evidence that you donated money to our foundation, the school, or Mr. Isaac, please provide the transaction records and supporting documentation. If you believe our organization committed fraud, submit your evidence to the police and other competent authorities. We have nothing to hide and are willing to have the facts examined through the proper channels rather than through personal accusations on Google Reviews. For the avoidance of doubt: we deny the allegations in your review and reserve our right to take appropriate legal action regarding false and defamatory statements.
