When you want to learn Japanese but only have time at night, alongside your work or studies, our in-person evening classes are perfect. Our courses are individually tailored to each class, helping you learn effectively. If you already have previous knowledge but want to improve your skills quickly and thoroughly, join our Intensive Course! With the latest methods and teaching materials and highly qualified, experienced teachers with degrees in Japanese as a foreign language, you will see results in no time! Japanese courses at our language school suit beginners and more advanced students. After a free placement exam, we will find the appropriate level for you. Please note that most courses will be taught in both German and the target language (particularly beginner levels), so we recommend at least a B1/B2 level in German. For advanced classes, you might not need any German. Here at Sprachenatelier Berlin, we are not only a language school; we offer so much more! We have a range of creative courses; organize several cultural excursions in and around Berlin; and host various events, exhibitions, and workshops.

Our regular groups for Japanese language courses have 5-9 participants. Our mini-groups have 3-5 participants.
How long is a lesson unit for Japanese language courses?
A lesson unit for Japanese language courses is 45 minutes long.
How long is a Japanese evening course?
A Japanese evening course is 12 weeks long and takes place once per week. Every lesson is made up of 2 lesson units (2 x 45 minutes). The entire course is therefore 24 lesson units.
