San Juan, Puerto Rico | Summer Study Abroad in Spanish
Program Overview
Spend four weeks studying abroad in San Juan, Puerto Rico, through a summer program that combines Spanish language development, academic coursework, and cultural exploration.
Students may choose an Intensive Language Program with a 3–6 credit Spanish course per term and an optional history course in English, or, with advanced Spanish proficiency, join the Integrated Program and select one or two courses from various disciplines. Internship and service learning opportunities are also available for students seeking hands-on experience.
With on-campus housing, regular support from the Resident Director and staff, study trips, outdoor activities, and daily interaction with native speakers, the program connects classroom learning with Puerto Rican culture and community.
