After your two weeks in Washington, you will live in Belgrade, Serbia where you will study changing alliances and the geopolitics of Europe, multilateral diplomacy, conflict and peace in Europe, the rise of populism, and actors and institutions in international politics. Program Highlights
Visit Austria-based international organizations such as the Organization of Cooperation and Security in Europe, the UN Nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and more.
Interact with professionals and policymakers in Washington D.C. as you build your network, and visit agencies and organizations.
Examine European politics through comparative lenses of center and periphery, EU member and non-member states, and grassroots and social movements.
Live and study in Durban, the third most populous city in South Africa and among the most cosmopolitan, with a rich fusion of African, western, and Asian influences.
Undertake a professional practicum in a location and position of your choosing on your final semester.
