SIT’s experimental learning model, quality educators, and the cultural immersion are a perfect blend for a meaningful and rewarding experience!! From beautiful nature, to delicious local foods (I still think about you Zanzibar), the program has left a lasting impression on me! The academic side pushes you to be your best, with unique deliverables for each unit, and a chance to bond with your close-knit cohort. The capstone project to end the year is especially important, seeing the culmination of everyone’s personal progress through different programs was informative and inspiring!!

I can’t say enough good things about this program. It gave me the skills I needed to launch an environmental career, and I had so much support along the way. The professors and faculty are wonderful, there’s a great balance between structured coursework/independent study/hands on experience, and each semester flows well into the next. If I had to go back and decide where to get my Master’s again, I would still choose SIT.
