Native English Music Teacher (Primary to High School)
We are seeking a passionate Native English Music Teacher to teach primary to high school students. Class size: 20–25. Teach 20 lessons per week within a 40-hour schedule including office hours and support for Open Days and Demo Classes. We value flexible, proactive team players ready to help grow a vibrant school community. Requirements: • Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa • At least 2 years of teaching experience in music or a related subject • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Music or related field) • Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about student learning • Flexible and adaptable to new and evolving environments Benefits Include: • Salary: 22,000–29,000 RMB/month (pre-tax) • Housing allowance up to 3,500 RMB/month • Annual travel allowance of 10,000 RMB • 300 RMB per extra lesson or Open Day • Free meals during working hours • Access to gym, pool, and golf course • Free tuition for teachers’ children • Fully paid winter and summer holidays • 10,000 RMB contract renewal bonus • Domestic health insurance • Professional development support
