Based in Colombia and Italy, our mission is to connect people from all around the world through volunteering (organising free activities for children and the elderly, providing food to people in need, cleaning the environment...). You'll get to know new ways of living, and the experience includes tours around the country.
Get to know new people and cultures, and help create a more open-minded world by travelling! Right now, we're active in Colombia (Marinilla, Rionegro, and the surrounding towns) and Italy (Milan). We organise activities for children and the elderly and help people in need, for example by providing food. It's a life-changing experience because you'll get to know new ways of living and because it includes tours around the country.

I stayed with a family in Marinilla, eating local food and learning the local language. We went to schools in the countryside to teach children English and other subjects, spent time with older people and visited Medellin, Guatape, La Piedra de El Penol and more!

Sendas is an international volunteering organisation with the aim of intercultural exchange. Basically, you get to travel around the world, make a change, and get to know new people and new cultures!

An opportunity to make a change for the locals and potentially lifelong friendships with the other volunteers. Since the beginning of the program, many have been staying in touch and gone to visit each other to the other side of the world. You'll come out much richer than before in experiences and knowledge of new cultures and ways of living :)
