Program Overview

What if your classroom was the Antarctic Peninsula? Join us on an extraordinary two-week expedition aboard the National Geographic Endurance, exploring towering icebergs, penguin colonies, whales, seals, and some of the most spectacular landscapes on Earth.

With scientist and filmmaker Dr. Alizé Carrère as your professor, you’ll experience Antarctica through a 3-credit course in Environmental Leadership, examining the challenges facing this unique ecosystem and the people working to protect it.

From daily landings and wildlife encounters to conversations about climate, eco-tourism, and leadership, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of a remarkable place that few get the chance to experience firsthand.
