The provfessor provided a wide variety of mateial to teach us with. He was passionate about film so I was engaged when he teached. I like film so I naturally liked the class. It was also not too difficult. He always encouraged us to use our time to explore Japan. THe field trips were all worthwhile. I particularly liked the tea ceremony, Tokyo Tower and TEam Labs was cool too.

I feel like it was a once in a lifetime experience.

I love the group discussion we have in class. The professor was really inclusive with everyone. I also like how she lectures in class. I liked the amount of assignments and the level of difficulty. I loved TeamLab Planet, it was an amazing experience. I also really enjoyed the tea ceremony, I feel like it was a once in a lifetime experience and the matcha was really good.

The more I read about it, the more I realized how meaningful it is.

The tea ceremony ws valuable in retrospect. Before and during I did not fully grasp the spiritual nature of this ritual. The more I read about it, the more I realized how meaningful it is. The digital museum was wonderful. Every event planned by the SBCC and the treachers was pretty darn terrific. I would like more excursions in Tokyo.

Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to travel. Both of my parents traveled as a part of their jobs. I had always heard stories and seen photos of their journeys and immediately knew that’s what I needed to do once I grew older. Once the opportunity arose, I made sure to take it for myself because I believe that the world is our classroom. Exploring and experiencing what is beyond reach is one of the most important things that we can do for ourselves and for each other.
