RWEMO is a youth led community based innovative climate action and wetlands restoration platform that aims to restore Kasesa wetland and turn it into an eco site (tourist destination) to enhance mindset change towards conservation and community development through tourism and wildlife conservation in Kasese. Kasesa wetland commonly known as Kyakaroli wetland has been under threat and almost getting extinct due to poor waste disposal from community members, erosion from neighboring hills and also acting as a hiding ground for criminals.
