What accommodation is provided for interns in this program?

You’ll stay in a beachfront apartment arranged by the organization. Your stay will have self-catered arrangements and you’ll have access to well-equipped kitchens, shared twin bedrooms, living rooms, and all the necessary amenities (AC and laundry facilities).

What qualifications are required for this program?

There are no specific qualifications needed to apply however some academic or professional background in either marine conservation or education is required.

Will I need to speak Swahili for this program?

English is widely spoken throughout Tanzania, especially in Zanzibar. That said, due to the community focus of this organization's work, learning some basic Swahili before starting will come in handy.
