Where will my child live?

Homestays with our family/approved hosts. Rooms are private or twin depending on cohort. Three meals/day; dietary needs on request (gluten‑free/halal/vegetarian).

Who is responsible as guardian?

A named guardian is reachable 24/7 for students and parents. Curfew 21:30 (school nights). Attendance is logged daily; unexplained absence triggers a call within 30 minutes.

What sports can they take, and how many sessions?

Participants can choose tennis/golf/horse riding/swimming/squash, with two coached sessions/week included; more available as add‑ons. Equipment is provided where possible, but students can also bring personal gear.

What’s your medical & incident procedure?

We have a GP/clinic network and always have a consent-to-treat on file. Basic insurance is required, and we have an upgrade that is optional. We also ensure incident reports are sent within 24 hours.

How do you share progress and photos?

We have a Parent WhatsApp group and weekly photo update, monthly academic report, and then urgent matters are handled via phone.
