We are seeking one DMV-area high school educator to serve as a cohort leader for our 9-day Guatemala Leadership & Language Exchange in Antigua. This immersive program combines Spanish language practice, cultural exchange, leadership development, and community engagement for students ages 15–18. The selected educator will travel with the cohort, support student supervision, facilitate reflection conversations, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This is not a tourism role — it is a leadership opportunity.
