Educator Role for Guatemala Leadership & Language Exchange
Program Overview
We are seeking one DMV-area high school educator to serve as a cohort leader for our 9-day Guatemala Leadership & Language Exchange in Antigua.
This immersive program combines Spanish language practice, cultural exchange, leadership development, and community engagement for students ages 15–18.
The selected educator will travel with the cohort, support student supervision, facilitate reflection conversations, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This is not a tourism role — it is a leadership opportunity.
Educators will collaborate with experienced U.S.-based program directors and trusted in-country partners to ensure student safety and program quality.
This role is ideal for world language teachers, global studies educators, counselors, or youth development professionals interested in experiential learning and international education.
The selected educator travels at no program cost.
