Do I need to know Spanish?

Undoubtedly, knowing Spanish is an advantage. However, for most projects, it is not a requirement. The important thing is that you feel comfortable communicating with people, and it is usually easy to communicate between Italian and Spanish speakers. In some cases, we can provide translation support.

Moreover, we also organize Spanish courses. What better opportunity to improve your language skills?

How does it work?

Volunteering with Mondify is exciting and straightforward! You can start anytime, join with no prior experience, and count on our full support. Our staff manage the projects, provide training, and guide you throughout your stay. Programs run year-round, and we adapt to your preferences—so you can focus on making an impact while living an unforgettable adventure.

What are the required qualifications?

There are no special requirements. We want this to be an opportunity to learn and to help. Depending on the project you choose, you will receive initial training, and we will follow you throughout the activities. Additionally, we try to define your role based on your preferences and expectations, your current knowledge, and what you want to gain. Of course, there are exceptions based on the project.

Why should I choose Mondify?

We are directly present in both Argentina and Ecuador. We oversee our projects in person, pay attention to community needs, and monitor activities.

Our local presence also provides a greater sense of security for you. We will welcome you at the airport and support you throughout your stay.

Are there age limits?

Our projects are open to all people aged 16 and up. People aged 10, 30, 40, and even 50 or 60 years old join us. Everyone experiences the adventure based on their background, but the beautiful aspect is that relationships are created regardless of any age difference. For minors, parental authorization is required.
