Incredible training and experience

An incredible and immersive experience where I gained such valuable whitewater paddling and reading knowledge while sleeping every night in a cozy tent and cooking on a fire. Oh and you get to see such a beautiful part of northern Ontario while also earning many guiding certificates.

What kind of gear or equipment do I need?

River Roots is an all-inclusive program. We provide food, group gear, safety equipment, and transportation. You just need to bring personal clothing and gear, and we provide a detailed packing list upon registration. We’re also happy to help you source any items you don’t have.
