Hi, my name’s Callum and I’m from Australia. I did the Intensive Culinary course, which was about five months long, so you go in and start from the very bottom and get trained to do everything from baking, desserts, fresh pastas, fresh sauces, and then towards the end you start putting together some pretty good meals.
