I am so glad I decided to pursue my TEFl certification with Maximo Nivel. My expectations in regards to every aspect of this experience, were exceeded. The staff is extremely helpful and are there for you for anything that is needed. Karen is the GREATEST teacher! Not only will you learn so much from her, but she makes the class so much fun and interesting. I would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about getting their TEFlL to go through with the program and to do it with Maximo Nivel!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Maximo Nivel! It was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I am still thoroughly impressed by how well organized the entire program was. My TEFL instructor Sean is one of the best teachers I have ever had, and I appreciated his willingness and enthusiasm to help us with our job searches. I can't thank Sean or Maximo Nivel enough for creating such a positive program. I always felt welcomed, encouraged, pushed to do my best, and most importantly, we always had fun. Thank you for an awesome experience.

My Tefl Certification program in Perú was amazing! The materialsame, the hours, and most of all the instructor were wonderful. Everything was spectacular, I recommend it 1000x over. Four intensive weeks of : mini lessons, grammar , vocabulary, 1 Week of teaching actual students, lots of lesson planning, and very helpful evaluation.

Last year, my husband and I visited Cusco briefly as a part of guided tour of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. Over the four or five days we were there, I was thrilled to feel my Spanish-speaking muscles bulking up quickly. On a cab ride back from the train station at Ollantaytambo on our second to last day, I was practicing my Spanish with the cab driver. He mentioned that many Cusquenas and Peruvians want to learn English and take advantage of the area's booming tourism industry. In that dark and bumpy ride, I began planning my return trip! The clouds of ideas were forming. I wanted to learn to teach English as a Second Language, and teach it Cusco.
