Their Youth Skills Development program involves preparation for employment and the global job market or entrepreneurship. The organization's young beneficiaries complete a three-month program that helps them become economically active and employed. The main disciplines offered are Hospitality; Beauty & Wellness; Sewing, Craft & Design; Soft Skills & Work-Readiness; Artisan Skills; and Business Skills & Entrepreneurship.
