LoPair Education Ltd., founded in 2011, is dedicated to promoting mutual understanding and intercultural learning using its core program Au Pair, China. The Star Mentor program is sponsored by LoPair Education Ltd., a highly-respected and well-established au pair company that has been operating in China for over 10 years.
As a result of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, LoPair recognized the importance of maintaining virtual connections between cultures and countries. In addition to the Au Pair China program, LoPair Education also developed an online tutoring program, Star Mentor, which allows education lovers to gain teaching experience from Chinese language learners.
Star Mentor, run by Lopair Education, is an online tutoring program for children aged 8-12. We connect children, parents, and tutors to create interest-based one-to-one English learning experiences that take place over video calls. So far, we have served more than 200 students, most of whom go to international schools in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou.
