As an introductory diploma it served well to inform and cover basic topics but I was disappointed with the depth and complexity of the course material and more so the exams. Every module had the same set out of self-reading material and multiple-choice exam which honestly could be taken and passed using your common sense and with no need of reading the material. The readings included lots of spelling and grammar mistakes, were badly organised and formatted and the majority were obviously copy and pasted from various web-pages and articles without a proper proof-read. I hoped for a more challenging and interactive course but am grateful for the introduction.

This was a great experience with the Institute as the sessions were very informative and innovative ways are taught to improve the teaching of phonics to the children. The assignments and mock tests conducted were very helpful for understanding the things in the better way. I recently completed my Masters in TEFL and I must say it was one of the best courses I have done to date. Even though the course was online, the materials provided were great and had indept and practical knowledge about teaching. The mentors provided by the organisation were amazing and helped clearing any doubt or query at the drop of a hat. The extra online sessions provided by different trainees from different parts of world just added another feather to this great experience.

That was my first course completing the course online as i am planning to move to Korea and work as an English Teacher. The content and the way of approaching the theory of each module was quite interesting but in my opinion i would prefer to be seperate theory and examples on how to approach the students with the language , like a more setting up or organised list with the activities examples and mostly examples that could be easily engaged with the new high-tech generation of students.

I was able to work at my own pace. I noticed many of the lessons I learned were taught when I took Second Language Acquisition class as part of my major, and I understood many of the parts. I hope to use what I learned from this to further my education. I am pleased with how many details were included in each module, as well as the videos that were added.

It was an 'okay' experience. I wasn't sure of what to expect. I thought it would take me 120 hours, but I was able to complete everything in 24-30 hrs total. Clarity on next steps after completing the program wasn't the best in my opinion. I had to reach out myself to request what the next steps were. For the price, I do not feel like the value was equally exchanged, but maybe because I might have missed something within the program.

It was a great experience overall with LCT. Learned a lot throughout the course, from tutor as well as the from the task that i was assigned. Reviews and guidance were on point and had faced no such delay in getting recognised. Glad to complete the course from this institution.

Out of my entire college experience, all four years the instructor of this course replied back in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. Not only that but the course was very informative and the lesson plan had me on track of what my next assignment and lesson was going to be on. The accessibility all depends if you have good internet connection and even if you do not you can also take the course online.But in total originality and also cliche I recommend this program to others trying there best to achieve an learning status amongst one another and who have difficulty being in a classroom and work better in an isolated environment and have social anxiety or like being comfortable at home.

I have not yet gone abroad to teach TEFL yet as I have just completed the course. I hope to teach English abroad in South Korea through EPIK. So I decided to do a TEFL program to get my certificate. This course was short and sweet, although I wish there was more. I decided to only do the 120 hour course and not to do the teaching component as I was short on time, I had to complete my TEFL quickly, and it was recommended by my agency.

If you are dedicated and put in the time, you can finish this in less than a month. Super easy to understand and the quizzes kept me engaged. Got some good ideas for lesson plans for the future. I was in a time crunch and needed to get this done as soon as I could. This really helped me in understanding teaching English more deeply rather than just reading from some book like a lot of other teachers do for other subjects.

The Master Level programme is value of money yet it seems to be better, if there are recorded video explaination in each chapters in general if possible, or at least providing 4 or 5 recorded videos for some important modules. Or arranging Zoom teaching for 4 or 5 times instead of sending students to read all those stuffs then letting them write assignment and do MCQ. Personally I hate Grammar teaching module. It is completely our of track. Instead of sharing how to teach grammar in an effective ways to students, the curriculum just consists of the history of grammar which is such a useless for my time investment to be honest. Yet the rest of some modules are normal. Edu management's content is rich and practical. And the reputation is good too. So if I have to give rating based on 1 to 5 (Highest) Overall Content - 2 Value of money - 5 Knowledge I gain from this Master Level - 3.5 Overall experience - 3.5 But if there are video explainations or providing zoom teachings, withour doubt I would rate 5 out of 5 for all and overall experience too, except giving 1 to Grammar Module.

It was an exciting course to take and learn new things. My favorite was a module on Child psychiatry. The disorders were described very clearly and detailed. I`ve learned a lot from it. Also, I enjoyed learning about growth and development. The module was complete and interesting.

This class was nice! I enjoyed how it was set up and how it allowed me to work at my own pace. I was able to take notes and review in a way that worked best for me. The downloadable information after each module was finished was a nice touch and it allowed me to go back even after the next module was given. I do wish there was more to the videos because I did not really understand the point of them being there. I did not hate them but I wish there was more elaboration in the videos.

The program is a great intro course. If you've never taken many linguistics courses or other ESL/EFL classes this is a good starting place. However, if you've taken some of these classes already and are hoping to learn how to teach, this is too much of a beginners course. Methods and names of those who've invented methods will be taught, but learning the application of the methods seems to be lacking.

London of College TEFL/TESOL certificate was an great program. It being an online program made things a lot easier especially during the pandemic. Also, the materials being taught in the program was useful for someone like me who has little experience with ESL/ELL students.

All modules were very detailed and covered topics that I worried I lacked experience and knowledge in. I appreciate that each module includes several examples about activities and different learning/teaching styles. I look forward to applying the material I learned to all classrooms/mentorship environments that I encounter in the future.

There was a lot of flexibility in this program. I was able to work at my own pace, which worked great for my busy schedule. There was also flexibility with obtaining the teaching hours. Due to the pandemic, I was limited on where I could volunteer to get hours. The program allowed me to submit my hours late with no penalty.

The best thing about this course is that you can move as slowly or quickly as you need to. For those who need their certifications sooner, being able to study and complete assessments on your own time is a must.

I am a Mathematics teacher by profession and lead a line manager role in the organization. I have dome my Cambridge Internal Diploma for teachers and trainers 12 years back. This was a good opportunity to learn and revisit some principles that I had learned in the course and that I have practiced. The challenges faced by the students while learning English as a second language were an eye-opener and it helped me understand the expectations and the balance that needs to be inculcated in the teaching process. How to manage a classroom with varied learners, some focussed and some naughty, took me closer to understand human physiology and how important it is to empathize with learners in your classroom. The module on Business English teachers training course particularly caught my interest. All modules had good resources to refer to which helped me crack the end-of-unit test easily. Class management and Education Administration and Management are the modules that I will get into practice immediately. Overall a good process of learning which was well-paced and I enjoyed it a lot!

It was interesting to learn the inner workings of the English language and improve my ability to work as a future English teacher. Although I already dial the language, I never truly understood the rules of spoken and written English.

The modules were clearly defined and easy to follow facilitating the test at the end of each module. Each module's content was relevant and added value to the experience of the teaching and learning process. The Class Management module and School Administration Modules particularly helped me a lot and I was able to apply. Evaluation and Feedback were topics that were clearly defined and served as a refresher course for me. Teaching Business English was interesting and very functional to follow through. Overall an excellent experience.

It was a good experience overall. The only thing is that compared to other programs, this was more pricier and took longer to acquire. The material was helpful and got the requirement fulfilled. I am not too sure if I would choose this program if I was in a rush to get it but because its more for future use I am satisfied.

The 140hours course was very simple to follow. The great thing was that the material got straight to the point. There wasn't a lot of "unnecessary" reading. I did find that the videos were just a reiteration of what was already read, but not completely pointless. The support staff were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

A good, solid program that was quite self explanitory but supported by a tutor. Very quick marking and access to the next modules. Information was well laid out and easy to follow. Whole course took me a month (submitted twice a week), which I did around work. I needed this qualification to be an English Teacher in South Korea and it's a fully affilicated and certified course for that and it was too expensive either.

I took the London College of Teachers TEFL Course based on a recommendation of someone who took the course and now works in Korea. The course was precise and to the point. All you have to do is read through the module and take the 10 multiple choice questions at the end of the module. The information that you read in the module gives you an understanding of what are the important components of becoming a TEFL teacher and I even highlighted things I want to use in teaching. I recommend this course to anyone that wants to earn a TEFL certificate and this $250 was worth it.

I had a good experience with this course. It was straight forward. I came across one tech issue and the support team was timely in their response. The course was much cheaper than their competitors and was not as difficult as I thought it would be. Looking forward to start working in the field.

I really enjoyed taking this TEFL course. The pace of the program and the quick return on my assignments was stellar. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond during and after the course and helpful. The class material was very limited. There was a few pages of text to read per module any maybe a 1-2 min video followed by a multiple choice test. The course was overpriced in comparison to what was offered. However, I was able to achieve what I needed through the course. Please be aware you need to organise your own teaching practice and they cannot assist with this.

The course was fine. I got what I paid for. The teaching was satisfactory, there were some good lessons in there. The testing was incredibly easy. The level of English proficiency overall by those administering and testing for the course was severely lacking.

What I liked about this course, that I was was able to do it on my own time schedule. The lessons were easy to follow. The staff was reliable and responded to my emails in timely manner. I wish that the course would spend a little more time on the pedagogy and less on the the history of the language, which to me was way to detailed for ELL course.

They sent me several emails that if I wanted my certificate then I would need write a review. It has to be at least 200 characters on two different websites. After 300 bucks I did not expect to have to do this but for people who want a helpful review the experience was good overall.

The modules taught me the basics of what I needed to know to start making lesson plans and start teaching a beginner English course. I learned how to structure lesson plans. The course materials helped me understand the value of the communicative langauge-learning approach.

I took this course in order to apply for EPIK and I feel like it gave me a decent foundation to work in a classroom and use what I learned with my students. The last module in particular was very thorough.

I was initially excited to take this course, but ended up being very disappointed. While some of the content was helpful, the quizzes, especially, had terrible grammar throughout and seemed to be written by non-native English speakers. I noted this in the internal review after the course, and was then asked to clarify where I saw problems. I even took the time to help them out and point out specific quizzes with errors. Got no response at all after that, and now my certificate is being held hostage until I complete this online, public review, which I already told them I'd prefer not to do. I definitely not recommend this course.

The course has allowed me to gain the knowledge of providing the appropriate techniques to students abroad. I do believe what I have learned will go more than a long way. I have no experience yet abroad, but believe the TEFL certificate is a platform in instilling the beauty of the English language to foreigners. Moreover, teaching abroad would give me more perspectives on life outside of my home country, and broaden my horizons. I have always had this motivation to help others, whether in their personal or professional life and felt I should start off with children as they are the future to our society.

Some of them seemed to go with another section. After each module, there is a test with 10 multiple choice questions. They were straightforward and easy to answer.

Overall the course was made simple to understand and pass. The simple layout of how the course was set up made it easy to access. I just wish we didn't had to wait a whole day before getting access to materials once we passed the quizzes.

I loved that the course is self-paced and very do able within a 2 week time-frame. The material is presented in a digestible form with some videos for further clarification or reiteration. But, it does seem limiting due to the fact that not all the courses are available at once. After the completion of a module, you usually have to wait for the upload of the next module which comes after it has been confirmed that you passed. But, sometimes I would receive confirmation that I passed but then I would not get the next module until a few hours later. However, I will say that the confirmation on both parts were pretty fast. I usually got my material back within a day which allowed me to be able to stay on schedule.

This program as affordable and easy to use. I was able to access it on my desktop and iPad, so the website can be accessed from multiple devices. The videos were helpful for me because I am a kinesthetic learner, so being able to listen to and read the course material was very helpful for me.

I really enjoyed taking this course as it was an accessible way for me to get my certification during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was worried I would not be able to get it and that my goal of teaching English abroad would end. Then, I heard of this program. Everyone that wants to get certified from home is able to do it with this course.

This course (I took the 120 hour version) was concise and thorough. The self-paced setup of the course allowed me to take my time with harder concepts and, although the test questions can be somewhat tricky, the overall material is good.

This course gave me the freedom to go at my own pace and is written in a way that is relatable to everyone - new and experienced. The content is easy to navigate and there is always support when you have a question about the material or any other aspect of the course.

The course was easy, and very straight forward. The online support was very helpful and very quick with responses. The support team is there to help you and questions just email them and they'll respond back within 1 business day. The workload was prscticial and could easily be completed. The course was pretty good for the price I paid.

I haven't went yet. But I've been accepted in teaching abroad in South Korea. Will be teaching English in the country's biggest city..instead of working in a public school i will be going to a private school and teaching children of the ages 3 to 10. I am excited to start this career and cant wait to start my journey and my passion.

It was a Informative course and very helpful feedback.I loved that the lessons contained many ideas on how to plan classes and practical ways to keep students engaged in lessons. Overall, very good content and each lesson was filled with useful information.

This course is great if you want to go at your own pace. The price is affordable and the lessons have many examples and exercises. I had a few issues during this course. Those issues were resolved by the help of the tech support. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone.

Simple and easy to use! Tutor would always reply to my emails within at least 24 hours. It were very helpful when I had questions. It was very easy to navigate the website and I liked that I could download the lessons for use in the future.

LCT's 120-Hour TEFL course was convenient, insightful, and easy to understand. It consists of modules and quizzes and is self-paced. The downloadable PDF modules were so helpful; I was able to study on my phone or tablet anywhere. I definitely recommend LCT's course.

Before COVID hit we were beginning a language school in the small village in India we live and work in, and needed training. My friend and I were most comfortable with the London College of Teachers site of all the ones we looked at. The course was straightforward and although I did not need her help besides the ordinary, my support person was always encouraging, prompt and available. Unfortunately as we are still under lockdown, our school is closed, but I feel sure that the TEFL information I have learned will be helpful when we can open again. And I can be busy with lesson plans based on the new information.

I haven’t been abroad yet, but thanks to LCT’s TEFL course, I hopefully will get accepted for a overseas teaching position soon. This course taught me so much about being a future EFL teacher, and I know I’ll be using many of the things I learned from LCT’s TEFL course in my lesson plans.

This course is excellent. The material is very interesting, and unlike other TEFL courses, I have completed the course and actually learnt something. The workload is also manageable, and wasn’t stressful. I would recommend this course.
