LTL Language School | Learn Korean in Korea

My daughter (age 13) and I both had an excellent experience at LTL for two months of the summer. We learned Korean (she in a class and me with a private tutor), made friends, and learned about Korean culture. We ate at Korean restaurants and went to museums and parks. The staff is amazing, the building is modern and clean and located in the very happening neighborhoods between Hapjeong and Hongdae subway stops. We were sad to leave. We highly recommend LTL!

Located in the vibrant Hongdae district, LTL impressed me from the very beginning with its exceptional service. Their prompt, personalized responses to my emails, online phone calls, and chats addressed all of my questions and concerns before I even enrolled. This attentiveness was one of the main reasons I chose to join. The second reason was the location. Easily accessible by metro or bus, LTL is surrounded by a wide variety of affordable, delicious restaurants, all nestled in the lively and beautiful Hongdae area—making the location itself a significant draw. During the month I studied there, I participated in an intensive 4-hour-per-day course with outstanding teachers. These instructors not only guided me through my learning process, addressing any difficulties and doubts I had, but they also fostered a supportive atmosphere where I quickly gained confidence and improved my language skills. I left LTL with a strong sense of accomplishment and progress, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the teachers. Moreover, they provided a solid learning foundation that has made it easier for me to continue building my knowledge independently. One important point to mention is that I have very strict dietary requirements. The staff at LTL went above and beyond to help me navigate these challenges when dining out, even assisting me in selecting appropriate menu items. This level of care exceeded my expectations, and I am deeply grateful for their support. Additionally, both the teachers and administrative staff went out of their way to help me explore the city, find and enjoy fun activities, and make the most of my time in South Korea. In summary, I highly recommend LTL not only for learning Korean but also as a place to meet great friends and enjoy your time in Seoul.

You get to live with a homestay family and play with them, communicate with them and eat with them and all this in Korean! What more does one need? The teaching at their school is top-notch and their school location is right in the center! I will come back often to keep improving my Korean. They also organize events in the evening for their students - it's a lot of fun and they are always available to help. This is without a doubt a great school to study Korean with! And remember, that family experience is priceless!
