The school is just blocks from the Uruguaiana metro station and close to the famous SAARA, a flea market where you can find anything at amazingly inexpensive prices.
Within a 10 minute walk is the renowned Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, one of the liveliest cultural centers in Brazil and Praca XV de Novembro, where you can take the ferryboat to Niteroi and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
