Program Overview

Arusha National Park, though often overlooked due to its small size, is one of Tanzania’s most scenic and diverse parks. Located just 30 km from Arusha town and 75 km from Moshi, the park boasts a unique blend of lush forests, open savannahs, crater lakes, and the striking Ngurdoto Crater. With its breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife, it’s the perfect escape for a one-day safari.
Visitors can spot giraffes, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and a variety of antelopes. Bird lovers will be delighted with over 400 species, including the colorful Narina and Bar-tailed trogons. The park also offers stunning views of Mount Meru and, on clear days, Mount Kilimanjaro.
