With the increasing number of students, the school is in continuous need of new buildings, toilets, pathways, and other facilities. Your placement starts with a one-week orientation dedicated to learning about the pace of life, customs, and traditions in Cambodia. You will visit temples and take part in a Q&A session with local monks to learn about Buddhism. You will also take basic ‘survival’ language classes and learn traditional cooking techniques.
