Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Course(IJLC)

This program is perfect for curious, motivated students who want to:

-Boost their Japanese skills in just a few weeks
-Dive into Japanese culture through unforgettable field trips and hands-on activities
-Make friends with local students and experience campus life in Japan
-Take the first step toward future study abroad or a career in Japan

Participants will be placed into one of the following three levels according to their Japanese proficiency:

-Primary Class – For students who can read, write, and type Hiragana and Katakana and understand basic Japanese.
-Primary–Intermediate Class – For students with basic communication skills in Japanese (roughly JLPT N4–N3 level).
-Intermediate–Advanced Class – For students with intermediate to advanced proficiency (roughly JLPT N2 or higher)

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants with 80% or higher attendance. Please note that Kansai University itself does not award academic credits for this program. However, many students can have their home universities recognize the program for credits. We encourage you to share the certificate and transcript with your university and confirm the possibility of credit transfer directly with them.
