Program Overview
The Master's in Fashion Human Resources & Management prepares you to become a specialized HR Manager in the fashion and luxury industries. This program blends HR management with organizational strategy and in-depth insights into the fashion sector. You’ll develop expertise in talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, employer branding, change management, and CSR, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in key HR roles. Next Intake: JANUARY 2027 • Welcome Day: January 15, 2027 • Orientation Week: January 18-21, 2027 • Academic Year Opening: January 22, 2027 • Lectures Start: January 25, 2027 • Lectures End: October 22, 2027 • Graduation Ceremony: June 16, 2028 Internship Start Date: October 2027 Place: Milan (on-campus with the option to attend the Master remotely) Program Duration: 1 year (1,500 hours) The program is taught entirely in English. A bilingual teaching assistant (Italian-English) will be available to support both Italian and international students throughout the course.
