Program Overview

The Course in Fashion Law provides a comprehensive understanding of the most relevant legal topics in the fashion and luxury industries. You’ll learn brand protection, trademark laws, negotiation techniques, supply chain management, and how to safeguard "Made in Italy" products. Lectures Start: June 14, 2027 Lectures End: July 12, 2027 Course Fee: €3,500 Location: Milan (on-campus with the option to attend remotely) End of Registration: May 28, 2027 Duration: 4 weeks (100 hours) This course emphasizes practical application, with real-life case studies involving litigation, contracts, and legal standards. Business practice simulations will also take place, allowing you to engage with managers and legal professionals. The course concludes with a mock trial simulation. The course is taught entirely in English, with an Italian-English bilingual teaching assistant available to support both Italian and international students throughout the program.
